Terms of services for PAF Education Instructors is 25 years but it increases as per ranks and service in future. Candidates can apply for this job through online registration when vacancies come or advertise through newspaper and also through official website of PAF.
Eligibility Criteria to Join PAF as an Education Instructor
1. Nationality & Gender
- Only male Pakistani citizens (Females may apply for specific roles; check latest announcements).
2. Age Limit
- 22 to 29 years (Age relaxation possible for experienced candidates).
3. Educational Qualifications
- MA/MSc/BS (4 Years) (16 Years Education) in English, Mathematics, or Physics with 2.7+ CGPA (4.0 scale).
4. Additional Preferences
- Computer literacy (MS Office, E-learning tools).
- Teaching experience (advantageous but not mandatory).
5. Physical Standards
- Height: Min. 163 cm – Max. 188 cm.
- Medical: PAF-approved fitness (no chronic illnesses).

Selection Process of PAF Education Instructors Jobs
If you want to apply in PAF as an Education Instructor then you must go through the following basic steps for the PAF training.
- Online registration at PAF official website
- Reporting at Selection Center on the given test date and time with necessary documents
- Physical Tests of the Candidate
- Appearing in the Intelligence Tests and relevant academic paper like English, Physics, Maths or Computer.
- Pre-Medical at Selection Center
- Appearing in Psychological Tests at Selection Center
- Final Interview in front of AHQ board
- Final selection and reporting at PAF Base Peshawar for Basic Training (52 Weeks) at College of Education
