Eligibility Criteria of Admin & Special Duty Branch (PC)
If you want to apply for PAF Admin Officers then you must fulfill the following criteria before applying at official website of Pakistan Air Force.
- Age: 16 to 22 Years
- Nationality: Pakistani Male
- Marital Status: Unmarried
- Height of the Candidate: Min 5 Feet 4 Inch or 163 cm
- Qualification: Must have passed F.Sc with 60% marks in aggregate in any of the following subjects:
- F.Sc (Pre Engg / Pre-Med/ Computer Science
- A Level with Physics, maths, Computer Science / Biology
- F.Sc with Physics and any two Subjects; Maths, Statistics, Computer Science and Biology
- Training Duration at PAF Academy Risalpur: 04 Years and award of BS degree in Aviation Management

Academic Tests of Admin Officers and Special Duty Branch in PAF
If someone wants to become an admin officer in admin branch of PAF then they must prepare the following subjects for initial tests;

Verbal Intelligence tests include questions related to; Series, Matching, Pair of Words, Analogies, Coding, Jumbled Spellings, Algebraic techniques, Ratio, common sense, and age related questions.
Non-Verbal Intelligence tests includes different images having analogies and pattern questions with minor similarities and odd one out questions.
English tests include parts of speech, grammar, synonyms, antonyms, direct and indirect, passive voice, singular plurals, masculine and feminine and translations with some questions of fill in the blanks as per sense of the sentence.

Selection Process in PAF Admin and Special Duty Branch
Online Registration:
- Candidates need to first register online through the official PAF recruitment website by filling out the application form with necessary details like personal information, academic background, and other required documents.
Documents Verification:
- After registration, candidates will be asked to bring original documents with one set of attested photocopies at the time of test date, for verification, including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and other relevant documents.
Physical Test:
- Once documents are verified, candidates will undergo the physical fitness test.
- The physical test generally includes:
- Running: A specified distance (usually 1.5 miles or 2.4 km) in 8 minutes to be completed within a certain time frame.
- Push-ups: A minimum 15 numbers of push-ups in 02 Minutes to test upper body strength.
- Sit-ups: 20 Sit ups in 02 minutes
- Chin-ups: 03 in 02 Minutes
- Other physical activities may also be part of the test depending on the specific branch’s requirements.
Initial E-Testing:
- After successfully passing the physical test, candidates are allowed to appear in the initial e-test (computerized test).
- The e-test usually assesses:
- Intelligence Tests
- English proficiency Test
- Physics Tests
- The test is generally in multiple-choice format.
Interviews:
- Shortlisted candidates from the e-test are invited for an interview conducted by a panel of senior officers.
- The interview assesses:
- Personality
- Communication skills
- Knowledge
- Suitability for the Admin and Special Duty roles
Final Medical Examination:
- Candidates who clear the interview are required to undergo a final medical examination to ensure they meet the health standards of the Pakistan Air Force.
- The medical examination includes checks for eyesight, general health, X-rays, blood tests, and other assessments.
Training:
- After passing all stages of selection, successful candidates are inducted into training programs tailored for the Admin and Special Duty Branch.
- The training includes administrative management, operational procedures, and other skills required for the branch.
Induction:
- After completing the training, candidates are officially inducted into the PAF Admin and Special Duty Branch and assigned their respective roles within the Air Force.
